Game and game accessory purchases are nonreturnable and nonrefundable unless found to be defective. Defective game(s) or accessories must be returned within 21 days of receipt, in which case, you must first request a return authorization from SmartGameShopper.com, see below.
If you have received a defective item, you must first contact SmartGameShopper.com Customer Service at 1-866-587-1999 for replacement/refund information. Customer Service will assign you a return material authorization number (RMA#) that must appear with the return shipping address. Original shipment and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. No COD returns will be accepted.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank account. You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's history page in Your Account. If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further assistance.
Returns without a valid RMA# will not be accepted.
